Free Return Policy
Our free return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase has been more than 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in its original packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts not due to our fault, or are returned more than 30 days after receipt.
To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Shipping
Masrecomendados' free return policy covers the shipping costs of your return. Once you contact us at Support@masrecomendados.top to initiate the return process, our customer service staff will provide you with further shipping details for your return.
