Glass Guarantee
We are so confident in our products that we want you to feel confident purchasing our exquisite glassware. Under our Glass Guarantee, if any glass is broken within the first six months of purchase, we will replace it. Please contact us by email at support@masrecomendados.top. Please include your order number and a picture of the broken glassware. Our friendly customer service representatives will be happy to assist you with your claim.
Shipping and handling for this digital product is equal to the shipping cost*. Glassware can only be replaced once under our Glass Guarantee program. Replaced glassware is not covered by this warranty. Only the original end-user purchaser or the person who received the product as a gift can file a claim. Products must be purchased directly from Masrecomendados through our website or Amazon store.
Shipping and handling is $5 for customers within the continental United States only. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $10. Shipping to international customers is $15.
Manufacturer's Warranty
Masrecomendados warrants all products purchased directly from Masrecomendados, an authorized Ovalware distributor, to be warranted against any manufacturing defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original end-user purchaser or the individual who received the product as a gift and does not apply to any other individual or transferee.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or neglect. Physical damage caused by normal use is not covered under this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, subjecting the glassware to high pressure or impact.
